Restrictions

It is a legal requirement that persons buying fireworks or any type of explosive are over the age of 18.  By completing your purchase on this website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are declaring that you are over the age of 18.

In the Republic of Ireland, fireworks are illegal and possession is punishable by fines and/or prison.

We can only deliver to UK mainland.

Payment

Payment will be taken when you collect your order from our store. Payments will be taken by Bonnies Oak Garden Centre and for credit card payments, will show up on your statement as Bonnies Oak or Bonnies Oak Garden Centre.

We accept Visa, Visa-Debit/Maestro/Electron, Mastercard, Solo.

All prices on our website include vat and are in pounds sterling.

Faulty Goods

All of our fireworks leave us in condition fit for the purpose for which they are intended. If you receive any of your fireworks in a noticeably faulty condition you should deny delivery and have it returned to Bonnies Oak and contact us straight away by emailing us at sales@essex-fireworks.co.uk we will sort out a replacement/refund if not noticeable please notify us within 7 days.

Liability for faulty goods will not be accepted where products have not been used in accordance with the instructions.

Canceling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following the receipt of your order, by contacting us via the following methods

All items must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging and outer carton, with all of the original components intact and in a dry condition.

Fireworks should not be left with anyone under 18, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign when the item(s) are collected. We will not accept responsibility for items that have been left outside to get wet, damaged or stolen with no one to sign for the collection.

Refund Policy

Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. All carriage costs are non refundable, including collection of returned goods.

Insurance

Essex-Fireworks are not liable for the use or misuse of any products we sell. Nor any losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
